Abstract

The development of human civilization is connected with the constant change of economic formations, and the modern socio-economic situation is characterized by the transition from Society 4.0 to Society 5.0. In order to overcome social, economic and environmental problems, the concept of creating a super-intelligent "Society 5.0" was developed by the Japanese business federation "Keidanren", which should replace the existing "Society 4.0". Society 5.0 is a perspective concept of world development that will respond to the most urgent humanitarian and man-made challenges of today, will ensure the further development of science and technology in harmony with the interests of every member of society. Society 5.0 is based on advanced digital technologies that ensure the development of science and technology for the welfare of society. Japan is taking the initiative to lead the world to a bright future by demonstrating the ideal concept of a human-centered society. In Society 5.0, physical and cyberspace become one whole to solve social problems and create conditions for sustainable economic growth. The difference between Society 5.0 (Japan) and Society 4.0 (Germany) is that the latter aims to achieve technological and industrial transformation, while the former pursues human happiness and building a better society. As part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, innovative technologies have been introduced into the production process to achieve more efficient and intelligent production. Such a process can have both a negative impact on people and society, and a positive one - creating a more comfortable life and improving social relations. Society 5.0 focuses on how technological and industrial transformations should be used to achieve the common good. Society 5.0 is a concept aimed at building a sustainable inclusive and human-centered society at the expense of innovative technologies. Society 5.0" should make human life convenient and fulfilling, and innovations should make it safe and ecological. In the new theory, physical and cyberspace become one whole in order to solve social problems, create conditions for sustainable economic growth.
