For Authors
Articles of doctors of sciences, candidates of sciences, young scientists (graduate students, applicants), as well as other persons with higher education and engaged in scientific activities are accepted for publication. Authors submit articles that are solely their own original research in compliance with the rules of citation and references. Submitting knowingly false information or plagiarism is unacceptable and unethical. In addition, only articles that have not been previously published in other journals are accepted for publication. When reviewing materials, the Editorial Board prefers articles prepared in English.
To publish an article, you should take the following steps:
1. Fill out the author reference (link).
2. Send the article, designed according to the specified requirements to the e-mail address ebitda@helvetica.ua
Attention! It is necessary to indicate the code of the journal 2726 in the subject line.
3. Send a scanned receipt of the publication fee for the scientific article. Payment for the publication is made after reviewing the article.
The publication fee is 1200 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 40 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
It is obligatory to send a receipt of payment of the publication fee for a scientific article to the e-mail address of the secretary in charge.
Language of publications: articles in Ukrainian or English are accepted for consideration.
In case of submitting an article in English, authors from Ukraine must provide a translation of its content into Ukrainian (to check the quality of the translation of the article). The publication of such scientific work will be free of charge.
The structure of a scientific article must contain the following mandatory elements:
- Statement of the problem in general terms and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks.
- Analysis of recent studies and publications on which the author relies, which consider this problem and approaches to solve it. At the same time, it is necessary to highlight the unresolved parts of the overall problem investigated in the article.
- The formulation of the goals of the article (goal setting).
- Presentation of the main material of the study with a full justification of the scientific results obtained.
- Conclusions from this study and further prospects in this direction.
- List of sources used and “References”. List of sources used is given in the order of mentioning or alphabetical order (drawn up according to the interstate standard DSTU 8302:2015 "Information and documentation. Bibliographical references. General requirements and rules of compilation"). Links to sources should be made in the text in square brackets, indicating the page numbers of the source, respectively: for example, [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234]. References should be cited in the Romance alphabet in APA Style (APA Style Reference Citations). Example of bibliographic sources for References.
The article should contain the following structural elements: UDC index and JEL classification code (in the upper left corner of the page); subject heading; surname and initials of the author(s) (not more than 3 authors), scientific degree, academic rank, place of work or study (in Ukrainian and English), indicate ORCID (if the author is not registered in ORCID, it is necessary to create an account at http://orcid.org/) for the author(s); title of the article (in the language of the article and in English); abstracts and keywords; text of the article; list of sources used and “References”.
The article should contain abstracts and keywords in Ukrainian and English. The volume of the abstract in Ukrainian should be at least 700-800 characters without spaces. The number of keywords/word combinations is a minimum of 5 positions. The length of the extended abstract in English should be at least 1,800 characters without spaces. If there are problems with the accuracy of the translation, the editorial staff can help to solve them.
In this abstract in English, the author should indicate the goals and relevance of the topic; then the methodology (methods) of research should be indicated; then it is necessary to characterize the results obtained; at the end, the practical value of the article should be indicated. The author should not refer to any studies or other sources of information. The abstract should be written without subsections. The text should be concise and original. It is inappropriate to use information from the text of the article. If the article is presented in English, the extended abstract should be presented in Ukrainian.
Technical requirements: the volume of the article – from 8 to 20 pages, A4 format (297 x 210), banks: to the left – 25 mm, right, top and bottom – 20 mm, typed in Microsoft Word. The entire text of the article, the bibliography, abstracts are used in Times New Roman font, size – 14, interval – one-and-a-half spacing.
If the article contains tables, formulas and (or) illustrations, they should be compact, have a title, text font – Times New Roman, size – 12. The size of tables and illustrations should not exceed the page width. Mathematical formulas must be carefully checked and clearly displayed.
Formulas should be typed with the formula editor (internal formula editor of Microsoft Word for Windows). The number of tables, formulas and illustrations should be minimal and appropriate. Figures and tables on landscape pages are not accepted.
